Sebastian Macan is the artist brand under which Aluetion, LLC publishes its audio software. You can reach us any time at hello@aluetion.com.
We make and distribute digital audio products: audio plugins (VST3 and AU formats) and MIDI file packs. Some products are free and some are paid. All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically.
Paid orders on this site are processed by our merchant of record, which handles payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, and order receipts. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any tax required in your country. After a successful purchase you receive access to your download by email and on the confirmation page.
When you download or buy one of our products you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for music production on machines you own or control. You may use the sounds and music you create with our products in your own commercial and non-commercial work without restriction or extra fees.

Free products may require providing an email address before download. The same license terms above apply to free products.
Product pages state supported formats and operating systems. It is your responsibility to check compatibility with your system and DAW before purchasing. If something does not work, contact us at hello@aluetion.com and we will do our best to help.

All software, product names, artwork, audio demos, video content, and site content are the property of Aluetion, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aluetion, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website, including data loss, lost profits, or damage to audio equipment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
