All sales are final. Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned. What we promise instead: if a product genuinely does not work, we will fix it, replace it, or get you an updated build. Support is our policy.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with a product's sound or features. Most issues turn out to be quick fixes (installation path, DAW rescan, format mismatch), and we keep our products updated for current systems.
