Who we are

sebastianmacan.com is operated by Aluetion, LLC, a limited liability company registered in South Carolina, United States. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@aluetion.com.

What we collect and why

Email address (free downloads). When you download a free product we ask for your email. We use it to send you product updates, new releases, and occasional offers from Sebastian Macan. That is the whole trade: free plugin, your email.
Order information (purchases). Paid checkout is handled by our merchant of record, which collects the information needed to process your payment (name, email, country, payment details) under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country, and what you bought so we can deliver the product and provide support. We never see or store your card number.
Basic site analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count page visits and downloads in aggregate. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no personal profiles.

What our software collects

Nothing. Our plugins run entirely on your machine. They do not phone home, do not collect telemetry, and do not require an internet connection or account to work.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately. We still send transactional emails when needed (for example your download link after a purchase).

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store: our payment provider and merchant of record, our email delivery provider, and our website hosting provider. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email hello@aluetion.com and we will handle it, usually within a few days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California) you may have additional statutory rights, and we honor those requests too.

Children

Our site and products are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top updates. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
