Bounce: the free beat repeat plugin that stutters like a dropped ball

Bounce is a free stutter and beat repeat effect built around one physical idea: a bouncing ball. Smash the TRIGGER pad while your music plays and Bounce grabs that moment and repeats it, with each repeat falling in pitch and volume until it settles, exactly the way a dropped ball loses height. The result is fills, glitches and transition moments that feel alive instead of mechanical, and everything stays locked to your tempo.

You control how many REPEATS you get, how fast they DECAY, and how far the PITCH FALL drops with every bounce. Pick a division: 1/8 for classic stutters, faster values for machine-gun glitch rolls, slower ones for big dramatic bounces. A seeded AUTO mode can fire the effect by itself, and because it is seeded, any accident you love can be recalled and played back exactly the same every time.

How producers use Bounce

Frequently asked questions

What is a beat repeat or stutter effect?

It grabs a slice of whatever is playing and repeats it in rhythm, from slow bounces to fast glitch rolls. Producers use it for fills, transitions, drops and glitch textures without any manual audio editing.

Is Bounce really free?

Yes, free forever. Enter your email and the download starts. Full version, no locked knobs, no trial timer.

Which DAWs does Bounce work in?

Any macOS DAW that loads VST3 or AU plugins: Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, GarageBand, Reaper, Studio One and more. Windows builds are coming soon.

How is Bounce different from a normal glitch plugin?

The repeats follow a bouncing-ball curve, falling in pitch and volume naturally, and the AUTO mode is seeded so random results are fully reproducible.
